Kodokan conducts various training courses to promote further expansion of authentic Judo.
Summer Courses
Kodokan conducts several summer courses to improve the qualities requisite for instructors and to give trainees a firm foundation, for about three weeks in total. Many trainees who come from home and abroad participate in the course every year.
Kodokan Seminar
Kodokan dispatches instructors to the various parts of the country to provide technical guidance and so on.
Kodokan Kata Seminar
Kodokan conducts Kata seminars across the country to spread authentic Kata. The seminars are held in 10 districts.
Kodokan Overseas Kata Seminar
Kodokan dispatches instructors abroad and conducts Kata seminars to teach and spread authentic Kata to people overseas.
